Sunday Club @ St Lawrence Church Hall
Sep 22 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Sunday Club is for all children aged 4 to 12 years old. Each week we meet in Gotham Church Hall from 11:00am to 12:00 and we teach the children about God and about Jesus through Bible stories. This is a fun time as well as a time when we can explain what the Bible is saying to us all. Every week the children get to make something, do an activity, sing upbeat and modern songs and say a prayer. There’s always something to eat and drink as well!

On the fourth Sunday of each month the children go into church for what we call our “Gathering” service. This is an informal, family focussed service and is often built around what the children have been learning in Sunday Club. Our Sunday Club children are very much included in this service and have done things like teaching the congregation songs and a rap and they have read out prayers they have written.

If you haven’t been before or if you are just visiting then you are most welcome to join in with the other children.

What the children say:
We have lots of fun.
Sometimes you have to think hard.
I like it when the leaders get the songs all muddled up.
You make good things to take home.
You get to make things with your friends.
